Peer Review Process

First, the manuscript will be reviewed by the editor (desk-review). If the manuscript meets the Submission Readiness Checklist then it is processed for the next stage. If not, the manuscript will be declined and the author can resubmit the manuscript after the necessary revisions have been made.

Second, the assigned reviewers will assess the manuscript's content quality and writing styles. The manuscript assessment process will be conducted by two reviewers anonymously (double-blind peer review). Our peer reviewer partners are scholars who have expertise in biblical studies, systematic theology, and practical ministry studies.

Third, the Editor assesses and considers the reviewers' feedback and arrives at a decision. There are four possible editorial decisions: accepted, accepted with revisions, resubmit for review, and rejected. The diagram below illustrates the entire sequence of the peer-review process.
